Jochen, Still no sign of QL Today here in Manchester, but I have to say that, for me, the Royal Mail no longer serves any useful purpose. After all, if you have a postal service that doesn't deliver the post, that leaves red cards without even trying to deliver the parcels that they never took out on the van in the first place, then they should simply cease to exist.
I'm afraid that the Royal Mail is now the very epitome of what the United Kingdom has become over these last fifteen years: a bureaucratic nanny state where the only thing that matters is making up new rules and finding new ways of not providing a service to the customer.
