Umm, let's see (without going back to the attic to fetch it)...
IQLR was launched in 1991, and that was Vol 3, so assuming 1 volume=1
year, that would be either 1993 or 1994 I guess.
Some memories:
. Getting chased by a waitress 50 yds down the street - "Hey guys
