This is obviously a problem. I, as a person with too much free time, think I will need to create a web site to carry out the function that Quanta and QL Today don't seem to think is a priority. Simply, contact information for the organizations, plus currently updated news, whenever I become aware of it. I'll think on it over the weekend to see what ways I could do this to best benefit the community. If I do it, I'll spell in British English too.
