I sell them - �2 each (UK) including postage. It is essential to use
the correct flat cable, and it needs a crimping tool to make the IDC
connections. It can be done manually, but usually results in damaged
'gold' surface. The crimping tool is the same as for UK telephone
plugs.
I can do a 2m lead plus connector for �4 (inclusive). Complete made up
lead is �10 (UK).
They are standard Bicc-Vero connectors, and should be available from
Electrospeed (01703 644555 fax 01793 645801)
There are two types of course - the other is for CTRL ports. They won't
though have heard of a QL (8-)#
