It is also possible to activate SER/PAR on the 2nd IO card. Configure for
SER3, SER4, PAR2. As long as the situation with 4 SER's under SMSQ/E it is
not clear, SER3 and SER4 should be set to otherwise unused interrupts.
Jochen Merz had an SMSQ/E version for 4 SER's, but I am not sure if this
can be distributed or has become part of SMSQ/E 2.99.
