Al, that is not true for Europeans... only for US residents.. As a matter of fact European accounts now get charged an extra 1.92 which they get refunded ONLY if they verify their accounts. Also for people receiving from overseas there is a charge of 1% on the total amount... However it is most convenient... Phoebus
