There is a working stack. However several facilities are missing. Among them:

PPP support and Name resolution.

uQLx has full TCPIP support for some years now and there are a couple of 
email programs for the QL that can do the job. However what Dave is 
proposing will be far more complete than those and be a lot more user friendly.

For a beta test version of soql (The TCP/IP package on the QL) contact Jon 
Dent. Make sure you have a SLIP connection with your provider tho or that 
you have at least a Linux box, where you can effect a slip connection with 
the QL using the serial port (If you have a regular QL, I strongly 
recommend you buy the superHermes add on as it is THE ONLY reliable way for 
serial comms using the QL...). For lower speeds you can still use the QLs 
serials but the IPC code is bug ridden and very unreliable. At a minimum 
buy the regular Hermes that at least corrects the serial port bugs (plus a 
100 others :-)
