I thought that, once you had purchased a copy of SMSQ/E upgrades to it 
would be free if the author of the upgrade donated his code to the 
official source. Therefore the customer would return his disk with 
accompanying return postage and get the new version for free. That is 
what we resellers have to do. That is also why I cannot see why you are 
all arguing so much.
