Just a quick note on this, the version numbers are copyright beyond
2.xx until 8 or 9? according to Rich Mellor. It's a long time since I
looked at this, no doubt he can give us all that info again so Rich
Mellor 'come on down'.

I am not too sure on this one there are versions of SMSQ/E up to v2.99, so any new versions would be better in hex - I know that Simon Goodwin said something avout v3.xx being unavailable, but cannot recall why..
