Thus, if you already have, say QPC, and buy a new one and get a new copy of SMSQ/E with it, you pay again. If you get an upgrade for QPC, you don't pay again. Same thing with the Q60. You buy a new Q60 and get sold a new SMSQ/E, you pay (again). Not so difficult, is it? If you did get a new copy and the reseller didn't abide by the licence, then you have a pirated copy.
