Three that I know of, but living here I have picked up a couple traits like putting the general area/country after the town/city name...
Americans in general are not very strong in Geography :-) Luckily all US QLers are educated people... has to do something with the black slab (A 2001-A Space Odyssey reference maybe? :-D)
