Roy Wood of QBranch sells the version 2 of Paragraph, he would know.
Francois Lanciault, the author, used to be on this list, are you still
"listening" Francois?
I am not aware of any "official" website for the program.
I have not heard from Francios  for some time and there have been no new 
versions for a longer time.
