Agreed... did anyone succeed with recent version on eprom ?

Me too. Excepted maybe for the end of file when not on a 4-boundary,
it performs the reverse of rrom_bas.
I should try to:
 - get the code from old eprom (and fusion it)
 - modify the config block
 - split the image
 - program a new eprom set and test it.
If it works, I believe I could trust the splitting code.

Anyone gets the 'smsq_q40_flp_bas' (or whatever its name) used for Q40/2.91 ?
