Exactly!

The problem here is once again the reference to the outdated recipe on
the gpsbabel webpages that is only valid for really old kernels. Maybe
we should hide it better...

The "ATTRS" is deprecated since ages and only triggers an error
message with recent kernels. Use this rule instead:

SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="091e", ATTR{idProduct}=="0003",
MODE="0660", GROUP="plugdev"
