Hi Bas,

I added planetsplitter on purpose, to make sure it's installed for those
compiling the code on their own. But for your distribution you can use
the one from an official package, too. As long as there is a
planetsplitter installed everything is fine.

The plan is to merge the libroutino branch back into trunk when it's
done. If that happens I will remove the current svn sub-repository and
add a dependency in the CMake files.
