Rainer, if you think your changes do not break the online Wiki you are welcome to push your changes. I will review the changes, too.
As the Wiki is writable for everyone I would expect that the inconsistencies you found will creep in again in the future. Therefore if you have an automated process to heal these issues, it should be part of the make process. The next step will be to add the Wiki repo as subrepo to the source code repo. If that has happened, you can extend the cmake files to build and install the offline wiki. It's ok to do it for Linux/Cygwin for the time being. I will work with Ivo and Helmut on a solution to provide that stuff on OS X and Windows. Oliver Am Samstag, 19.
