Wow Wolfgang :-) this index is another very good idea, though probably very tedious to produce. Are you compiling it manually? I could whip-up a small script (mostly stolen from "LinkCheck.sh") which would produce a complete list of local fraction identifiers (the "...#...' thingies) that are not yet referred to in both, "AxAdvIndex.md" and a sort of exclude list contain- ing any links not relevant for the index.
This would give a list of things that could be indexed at all. Regarding the format of the index file, I think a table is not the best approach. I'm tending to definition lists, and if time permits, I will put something online these days in the playground. Stay tuned.
