Hi, > > The additional attribute requirements of the qmailUser attribute do not > exist. The only MUST in qmailUser is mail and this is a MUST too in > qmailGroup. The need for uid/qmailUid/qmailGid is comming from the stock > qmail design. There is now way to get away from that dependency. So, how does qmail-ldap know it's a group ? that's because of the qmailGroup objectclass, isn't it ? What happens if I make my own objectclass and name it qwidoQmailGroup ? Will qmail-ldap still know it's a qmailGroup ? What happens when I add 'mailReplyText' to a qmailUser that is also a qmailGroup ? or one of the many other attributes ? Wil qmail-ldap send a relpy to each mail that goes to the group ??? Please enlighten me. The only thing I really need to know is if I can make an objectclass that is not named 'qmailGroup' but it will still work as a qmailGroup! _Ace - -- Ace Suares' Internet Consultancy NIEUW ADRES: Postbus 2599, 4800 CN Breda telefoon: 06-244 33 608 fax en voicemail: 0848-707 705 website: http://www.suares.nl * http://www.qwikzite.nl -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFAOmz+y7boE8xtIjURAjV9AJ9z2upX2PtRBPRDeCLb9ZWbJ59LUgCbBzog rXqOZkgCiKoySYvu/kbtwYQ= =8a/3 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
