what is limits ? stuff like ulimit etc ?

as what user is qmail-local running ? it's not using qmail-queue, is that 
what you are saying ? and thus, not using spam an virus checking ?

the bounces are remote (I mean, it's bouncing to [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
and many others) is that still handled by qmail-local ?
