Yes, it was something really stupid.

in the env dir for qmail it has a file called QMAILQUEUE with the old 
script in there.

So, bounces and forward are now working.

Sorry to take your time!

One question: do I need and env file for QMAILQUEUE? That means 
qmail-local and qmail-send will use qmail-queue (the correct script) and 
scan for viruses and spam. Is it sufficient to have only qmail-queue in 
qmail-smtpd.rules or should it also be in the env dir for qmail ???
