My Setup:
Incoming MX Server: Redhat Linux, Qmail and mail getting forwarded to MailStore Server (POP3): Solaris, Qmail-LDAP, Courier-IMAP.
Outgoing SMTP: Qmail.
This is fuzzed up. Can you make it a little clear like..

Server 1: acting as.. and running..?
Server 2: acting as.. and running...?
Problem: 1. I'm looking for a solution which can directly drop smtp session at MX Server if user is not exist. Means a Qmail-ldap proxy kind of thing.
If you are referring to nonexistent users on domains for which your server is responsible.. use the variables RCPTCHECK and SENDERCHECK.
2. Proper Rate Limit
What do you mean by that?
and Spam solution. I get almost 50k mails and out of that 75% are spam.
You may want to use Spamassassin with simscan, RBLs etc.
