But we do delivery into Maildirs and the command elm is a shell script that converts the Maildir into "~/Mailbox-$USER" and then invokes the real elm. Come to think about it, it should be trivial to come up with a suitable qmail-start invocation that delivers into "~/Mailbox-$USER" right away.
