And it really *would* be nice to have attempted relays logged. Even
the professional anti-spammers don't know how spammers find open
relays. More data would be interesting.
And while we're asking for things to be logged, it would be nice to

logged. It's nearly always a local configuration error, but currently
that error goes the the envelope sender.
Oh, and also it would be really, *really* nice to have qmail-start
check to see if /var/qmail/queue/lock/trigger is really a named pipe,
then log and exit it if isn't. Given that sysadmin attention is
needed to fix it, it's best to *get* that action using effective
means. Either that, or just go ahead and re-create it every time.
