There's a problem with that idea.  After suggesting for the third time 
that Rutgers evaluate qmail, I received this response from David:

Sure.  Consider it done.  I had just noticed that vger was four days
behind on linux-net, and rather than complain, I thought I'd offer a
suggestion that would help.  You had also noted, in the past, that you
spend quite a bit of time dealing with bouncing mail.  Qmail will also
help with that, in a way that no other mailer does.

I do not intend to annoy; merely to help.  However, since you don't
want the help I'm trying to provide, it's no help, so I will stop.
