tcpserver: fatal: unable to bind: address already used

Hi Everyone,

When I started up qmail today (it has worked before) I got this error in my
/var/log/qmail/smtpd/current -

@400000003a19660f0523d96c tcpserver: fatal: unable to bind: address already
used

I am running Solaris and the current version of qmail.  Any ideas of what
the problem is and how I can fix it,
