problems with queue

when i strart qmail-qsainty-0_52.pl script
i receive errors for all messages like:

..
..
message has no entry in info: 42217
message is neither local nor remote: 42217
...
...

is this a problem and how can i fix it

AND MORE:

when i send message to my server it is send in the queue but its delivered
in my box ($home/user) afrer round about 20 min.

what is the problem here?
