this problem is for all mesages
there is no message without error like:
> message has no entry in info: 42217
> message is neither local nor remote: 42217
but it's working fine
i mean there is no lost message or something like that
they are comming and outgoing from server after around 20 minutes
but for everyone i see HAS NO ENTRY ...bla bla ....
here is what you please me to show you

i thing that everithing looks fine with logs :)
and something more.....
if I give a HUP signal to qmail-send server didn't send messages from queue
but if i just kill it
and then start it again all messages that are in the queue are send immediately
there is no need to wait 20 min to be send :)))
i can just kill the qmail proccess and start RC & again
