Set a domain quota, compile qmailadmin with --enable-modify-quota and you're all set.

The postmaster can probably set user quotas that total to more than the domain quota, but the domain will still be limited.

I might be handy to have QmailAdmin show the domain quota (with % used) somewhere though... How does vpopmail handle domain quotas?
