If that's what it's still being written as, then I'd try a
make clean, configure, make, make install
That did it. make clean was the key.
What version of qmailadmin were you using? The latest builds should recompile the full source whenever config.h changes, making a "make clean" unnecessary. If you're using a recent version, there may be a problem in our build process.
