I have disabled all languages except german an english. And I have the same
problem. Every time a charset of "euc-jp" !!
Try restarting your Mac (or at least logging out and back in).
Then, visit <http://www.tomlogic.com/cgi-bin/envtest.cgi> and tell us what it says for HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE.
