If you want to ensure that the .qmail file never changes, chown it  
to root.vchkpw and give it 640 for permissions :) I do that myself  
when I need to ensure a .qmail stays static

if I do that then no one will be able to do an away (vacation)  
message (unless I put it in the maildrop file.. right?)
