QMail is actually in the Debian repositories... You have to install the
source deb and then compile it:
apt-get install ucspi-tcp-src
apt-get install qmail-src
apt-get install procmail
build-ucspi-tcp
build-qmail/
/Should at least get it installed for you (I run Debian systems, also).
