That should be done via yum yum upgrade zlib

Another small issue: Clamav needs zlib 1.2.3, but Centos ships zlib-1.2.1.2-1.2, I suppose it's a patched version that doesn't have the security issues. I can't install the new zlib with uninstalling the old one. I'm not quite sure what to do. Should I override the Clamav build or force the new zlib installation?
