What distro linux do you use?
you can find that file if you rebuild source of qmail-toaster packages.
There are that file base on distro :
1). Mandriva 2006 x86_64 Linux
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with mdk10364 maildrop-toaster-1.8.1-1.2.11.src.rpm
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with mdk10364 simscan-toaster-1.2-1.2.7.src.rpm
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with mdk10364 qmailadmin-toaster-1.2.9-1.2.13.src.rpm
2). Fedora Core 4 x86_64 Linux
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with fdr4064 maildrop-toaster-1.8.1-1.2.11.src.rpm
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with fdr4064 simscan-toaster-1.2-1.2.7.src.rpm
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with fdr4064 qmailadmin-toaster-1.2.9-1.2.13.src.rpm
3). Fedora Core 5 x86_64 Linux
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with fdr5064 maildrop-toaster-1.8.1-1.2.11.src.rpm
