I will mention it again, dependencies means that something is needed. In other words, in this case, vpopmail-toaster has not been installed prior to you building qmail-toaster

Depenendcies means that stuff has to be installed pre installing your
package, in your case, trying to build the qmailadmin-toaster you have to
have ezmlm-toaster, autorespond-toaster, vpopmail-toaster and qmail-toaster
installed. One or more off these packages might have their own dependencies.

Please refer to The Installation Notes. However you should begin compiling
and installing daemontools, ucspi-tcp, vpopmail, qmail, courier-imap,
autorespond, mrtg, maildrop (if you need it), control-panel, ezmlm,
qmailadmin, qmailmrtg, vqadmin (if you want - it is very obsolete),
squirrelmail, spamassassin, clamav, and simscan.

What distro linux do you use?

you can find that file if you rebuild source of qmail-toaster packages.

There are that file base on distro :

1). Mandriva 2006 x86_64 Linux
