[qmailtoaster] Simscan and dot-qmail files

 Last Friday I upgraded a mail server to the latest qmail toaster 
packages. Overall the upgrade has been successful, but I seem to have 
lost the ability to use dot-qmail(.qmail) files. I can create them, but 
the are ignored. What is required to get them working again, or what 
else can I use to do everything dot-qmail files can do?
