the rbl blocks and alot of the rules from jakes site, some rules from
rules
du jour.
Unfortunately, all of those rules are reactionary. If this is a new
thing, the rules will take a couple days to catch up. You might be
better off enabling SURBL, as this will also scan the contents of the
message for spammer URLs, whereas the blacklists file does not.
