It may be that the format is a little different. We recently upgraded
to 2.0.2. The previous one was 1.8.1.
You may want to read the docs to see what has changed.

I have done further testing and .qmail files do seem to be respected. I
added "-A 'Content-Filter: maildrop-toaster'" to the .qmail file and I
do see the Content-Filter header at in the messages that go through now.
It now falls into maildrop's problem, which isn't quite on topic for
this mailing list.
For some reason maildrop isn't doing what I want, but with the same
mailfilter it did before.
