Looks like you're missing a perl module. Try:
# perl -MCPAN -e shell
cpan> install Crypt::OpenSSL::Bignum
cpan> quit
That should install the missing module.
I wonder if this needs to be added to the cnt40-perl.sh script?
If you're on CentOS, it is better to install perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-Bignum
from RPMFORGE repo.
