Paco, Is your spamd running? # qmailctl stat
If so, you should be good to go. You should probably check your spamd and clamd logs to be sure things are being scanned. I take it that you're running the new clamav-toaster-0.90.1-1.3.11? # rpm -q clamav-toaster I see Peter's problem went away with this release.
