Ok, I must have misunderstood the info about static ips in the QMT-iso
wiki a bit then.

I havent done anything with then mysqld installation.
The service mysqld won´t start at all...

When I issue /sbin/libexec/mysqld -u root

I get ERROR Fatal error Can´t open and lock privilege tables: Table
´mysql.host´doesn´t exist.

Where must I configure musqld to get it to even start up?

I have only set the rootpassword in the initial setup.
