Jim, In vpopmail terminology, this is called "roaming". Roaming is disabled by default in the qmailtoaster distribution. If you read http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Vpopmail_roaming_users you'll see the steps necessary to enable this feature during compilation.
