Hi ES,
The tcp.smtp file should probably be marked as a config in the spec file. On
occasion an update will require a change to the tcp.smtp file though, so
there's no way to fully automate an upgrade when this happens.
This isn't in the rpms. This file is generated in multiple places
because the config is different if you have simscan vs if you have
less packages installed.
