For what you're using it for (email server, maybe some webpages),
there won't be any.
Some newer version of packages (ver 2.2 of Apache, where as Cent 4.4
uses 2.0.52), better graphics support, and Xen as a install option.
CentOS 5 is out now ... Hopefully my next toaster install will be on
cnt50 :)
