That's a bit dated, and I'm almost certain it's before there was a
submission port.

If RBLs are the problem (you should verify, but it's very likely), you can
either:
.) try to get the client's IP removed from whatever list they're on
or
.) upgrade, then have the clients submit using port 587 instead of 25.
