My users are telling me that they are trying to download this from a
machine that has no antivirus or antispam or firewall install and still
they get this error.

addressing (the outside of the envelope maybe even hold the envelope up to the
light for a peek but that's it.). These traffic monitors look at the data
inside and out (they tear open the envelope read everything then put it into a

appliance blocked forwarding of message
but I can't find any information on this error, the users are using
Outlook and only happens when they have HTML content in their mails
