541 Internet Security Systems' Proventia(TM) intrusion prevention
appliance blocked forwarding of message
This will be a box that all the mail is filtered through, or is in
between the mail server and the Internet connection. If you're running
the mail server then it may be at the customer's end, acting as a
firewall/router.
I didn't read any info on this myself, but here's their datasheet:
