Ok so I found who had the firewall and it turns out that was the Data
Center that added this type of service... Thanks for the help.

This will be a box that all the mail is filtered through, or is in
between the mail server and the Internet connection. If you're running
the mail server then it may be at the customer's end, acting as a
firewall/router.
