Short answer, TTBOMK, you don't. I may not understand your question though.
What would be the purpose?
The problem with having a type A DNS record for each virtual domain is that
TLS/SSL wouldn't work, because there's no mechanism in the toaster (that I'm
aware of) for using a different certificate for each virtual domain.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this.
