Thanks guys, this is what I was asking... I was thinking since it is a virtual mail hosting system, and even though its domain is server.email.com , and one of my client domains lets say is client.com - I set mail.client.com A IN xxx.xxx.xx..xxx and then my MX is mail.client.com pointing at IP of server.email.com so when it is relayed through server.email.com - I wondered if I could make it only show from client.com and etc from all my domains...

If I understand you correctly, your server name is something like "server.abc.com" and the domain the email is coming from is "Emaildomain.com. When the server connects to deliver that email it's still identifying as server.abc.com and not server.emaildomain.com. In short, you can't do it. There are several reasons for this. The most prevalent reasons being anti-spam. Using SPF records, etc would be a pain. Also, the MX is only a translation for a name to IP, for inbound. It can't do anything for outbound. If you look at a lot of the smaller domains email, you'll see they come from servers not named for the domain. Nobody really worries about this.
